Who we are
Built by marketers who got tired of choosing between quality and speed.
Motion Tinkerers is the AI-native arm of The Tinkerers, a house built by senior B2B marketers. We spent years watching good strategies die in production queues: the deck that took three weeks, the campaign that shipped late, the website that needed a quarter.
Then the tools changed. We rebuilt the whole production layer on agentic AI: teams of agents that research, write, design and build, directed and edited by people who have run marketing for real companies.
The result is a different kind of agency: senior judgment at the brief and the final cut, agents everywhere in between, and prices attached to outcomes instead of hours. And we stopped calling it marketing, because in a company your size marketing and sales are one job. We do the whole of it, from getting found to collecting on the yes you already got.
