The yes you already got, turned into revenue.
Quotes that went quiet, customers who drifted, follow-ups nobody sent. We put agents on the revenue path so the opportunities you already paid to create stop leaking away.
Revenue agents: what ships
Quote recovery
Every proposal that went quiet, chased on a schedule that doesn’t depend on anyone remembering. Most of the money is in the yes you already got.
Reactivation
Dormant customers contacted with a real reason to come back, in their language, when the data says they’re open to it.
Nurture sequences
Flows that move a lead forward, instead of emailing them until they unsubscribe.
Agentic follow-up
Agents that work inside your CRM or management software: they read the state, act on it, and hand off to a person when the answer needs one.
Event-level attribution
Built in from day one. Only an opportunity an agent touched, and that then closed, counts as ours. It survives your accountant’s first question.
Revenue ops: what makes it possible
Agents need somewhere to stand. When your CRM is a mess or your systems don’t talk, we fix that first and charge for it. It isn’t free groundwork, and pretending otherwise would show up in the quality.
CRM setup and cleanup
A pipeline that reflects how you actually sell, with the dead records cleared and the stages meaning something.
Wiring and instrumentation
Your management system, your channels and your reporting connected, with measurement built in rather than bolted on later.
Two ways to buy
One revenue leak instrumented, automated and measured. Fixed scope, fixed price, and the measurement is part of the build.
The revenue path stays staffed: sequences running, agents maintained, and a monthly report of what actually came back.
How it works
Find the leak
Six questions and your own dashboard. We size the pool before anyone writes a proposal, and the number comes from your data, not from ours.
Instrument
The sequence, the agent and the attribution get built together. If we can’t measure it, we don’t ship it.
Recover
It runs. You get the recovered revenue and the log of exactly which opportunity the agent touched.
One leak, sized and plugged
We take your single biggest leak, instrument it, and run it for a month with attribution from day one. You see the revenue come back, or you see an honest report of why it didn’t.
The closest thing we have is our own: an agentic workflow that cut quote turnaround by 77% at an insurance broker, written up on our sister brand’s blog. This area is new, and we’d rather say so than borrow someone else’s numbers.
Fair questions
Does this need access to our systems?
Yes, and that’s the gate. If your CRM or management software has an API, this works. If it doesn’t, we tell you on the first call instead of billing you to find out.
How do we know the agent caused the sale?
Event-level attribution, from day one. Only an opportunity the agent touched, and that then closed, counts. Anything else is us grading our own homework.
What happens to our customer data?
Minimal payload by design: the agent gets the least it needs to do the job. If you handle special-category data, health for example, we need a processor contract and verified model data residency before we start, not after.
